• Once your payment has been received we will book your delivery slot 

• Deliveries are made made within 2-3 working days 

• Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next working day 

• All orders over Rs 2000 receive free delivery 

• All orders under Rs 2000 will incur a delivery charge of Rs 150 

• We work with a reputable courier company who prides itself on excellent service

Our commitment to providing excellent service and quality products is at the heart of what we do. If you are not happy with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items so that we can do our best to resolve any issues. 

Our aromatherapy products are 100% natural and they can occasionally vary slightly from batch to batch in colour and scent.

​Joining Class

• You are welcome to bring a friend to class, please book their class or send them the link so that they can book in advance.

• You must be over 16 years of age to join the class.

• Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. 

• If you have a yoga mat please bring this with you. 

• Please arrive 10 mins before the class starts.

Purchase & Booking Policy 

• All class packs must be purchased before booking a class. 

• All packages  are non-refundable and are not transferable to another client. 

Packages

• 4 classes - expires within 1 month from date of purchase

• Months are defined as 1 calendar month from the date of purchase. 

Cancelled by Guava Bhava

• Full refunds will be offered if a class is cancelled by us. 

Cancellation Policy 

• 24 hour cancellation policy applies. This provides a fair opportunity for all clients to attend. 

Waitlist

• Clients can add themselves to a waitlist for a full class. You will be notified if a space becomes available.
